1. Authenticity: Arak Muaddi is a revival of arak in its purist form. When we produce our arak, we strive to make our forefathers proud by honoring the distilling traditions that they passed on to us from generation to generation.
2. Excellence: We regard our reputation as a strategic, long-term asset. Therefore, we will always make the best arak possible — using the finest grapes, aniseed, spring water and clay Palestine has to offer.
3. Transparency: We have fully disclosed all of the ingredients and processes that we use to produce our arak. Moreover, we invite enthusiasts to participate in the grape harvest, and to visit us to witness and learn about the fermentation and distillation processes that we employ.

Reducing Harmful Drinking:
We encourage consumers to drink less, but drink better. Thus, we work to raise consumers’ awareness about both quality and safety concerns pertaining to alcohol consumption. Regarding the latter, we have adopted the International Alliance for Responsible Drinking’s (IARD) Producers’ Commitments.
